Intro to Living a Rich and Meaningful life and learning and developing strategies and tools for:
- Exploring our values. What is most important in our heart, what sort of person we want to be ,what is significant and meaningful to us and what we want to stand for in life and when we take committed action towards these values again and again then a different way of living is possible.
- Recognising thoughts, images and memories for what they are-just words and pictures-and allowing them to come and go as they please, without fighting them, running from them or giving them more attention than they deserve. Bringing full awareness to our here and now experience with openness, interest and receptiveness; focusing on and engaging fully in what we are doing.
- Recognising that we are not our thoughts, feelings, memories, urges, sensations, images, roles or even physical bodies. That these are constantly changing, peripheral aspects of ourselves, but not the essence of who we are. Lastly the practice of taking time to regularly connect with the one part of ourselves that is unchanging, ever present and impervious to harm: the observing self.
This workshop will take place on Sunday 2nd and Monday 3rd July 2017 at Bhole Baba Ashram (Rieferath, Germany)
